Who remembers this lil dude?
Well his name is Woofy and he was seen laying out on a path of a popular walking area. He was eventually picked up after being passed and left by multiple people and was brought to us with a large open wound on his left front leg and de-gloved from the “arm pit” down the leg and was crawling with maggots which took forever to remove.
After at least two weeks worth of hard work, time and patience cleaning his wound daily and worrying because he wasn’t eating at all, it has now healed superbly and he is eating us out of house and home and is also looking really bright eyed and gaining weight nicely.
Hopefully it won’t be too much longer and we can release him but first we need to make sure the wound is 100% healed.
