This male hog, 817g, was collected from Wareham earlier this afternoon after being found laying out in the rain and unresponsive.
He has a wound on his nose and is blowing blood bubbles out of his nostrils. He was extremely cold and wet, so it was felt better to get him warm before any proper examination takes place.
He has had warm subcutaneous fluids and is now warming up in one of our ICU’s.

Is there any progress with this hedgehog? They do seem to have a difficult life, poor things.
