Slowing down…

Things are slowing down now, thank god. Only two entries today, both hoglets.

1 x male hoglet 193g, from Wareham with infected bite wounds and flystrike, and very dehydrated. Has been given s/c fluids and had the wounds flushed and cleaned. Antibiotic and pain relief injections given. He is now in an ICU.

1 x unknown hog 293g, from Upton. Very dehydrated, and possible injury to front right leg. Hog not cooperating, so unable to check properly at the moment, so may need a trip to he vets for gassing down to be checked. Has been given s/c fluids and is now in an ICU.
Photos below are after wounds have been cleaned.
