I forgot to post the update last night – Tracy spoke to the Vet about Lucky, he is responding well to oxygen therapy, and is taking food via syringe, so hopes are high for this little fellah.
We also started a fresh round of lungworm treatment. These hogs do not have coughs, so were only given Levacide to kill off the worms. 1 injection for 3 days then restart the cycle on day 13.
Once this round is done I’ll be checking more fecal samples under the microscope to see if we need to treat any more hogs.
No rest for the wicked…
