Here are a couple of not so pleasant photos of Robbie’s damaged eye, which now looks like it has burst.
He is still too poorly to be put under anaesthetic, so an operation is still out of the question. As you can see in the photos, he still has nasal discharge, but his breathing is much better now, he is not having to fight for every breath.
He is on strong antibiotics and analgesics, so he is hopefully not in too much discomfort.
This little guy has had so much to deal with, and is really fighting – I don’t often form an attachment to the hogs we have (unlike Tracy), but I have to this chap, and am really rooting for him.
