This little chap, named Lucky by his finder, was heard calling in distress this evening. The finder went into their garden to investigate the noise and found this 57g hoglet who was cold, dehydrated and very hungry.
He was brought over to us, had a quick check over and was placed into one of the ICU’s to warm up. Once warm, he readily took 2ml of formula. We removed a few ticks from him, and he is now asleep, snuggled up in a fleece pouch in his incubator.
