We currently have 124 hedgehogs in our care of which 78 are orphan hoglets – this does not include hoglets that are with their mums.
We have 15 incubator units for hoglets and they are all full with 6 or 7 in some ICU’s, and Cheryl, Kay and Tracy all have multiple hoglets at home.
In view of this, we are unable to accept any more hoglets for the time being as we simply have nowhere to put them.
We will still take adults hedgehogs for admission as we have space for those.
We ask that if you find hoglets, please try another local rescue as we are unable to help at this time.
