Hydrotherapy

Young adult Moon came into us recently after Cheryl found her in her own garden. She was not using her rear left leg and tended to drag it along.

She took a trip to the vet for an x-ray to rule out broken bones, and it’s confirmed she has ligament damage.

To help strengthen up her leg she will now have daily swimming sessions. Hydrotherapy is gentle exercise so it won’t add to her pain. She will go back to the vet for another check prior to being released to make sure she has full use of that leg.
