This female hog, 556g, was found on a local GP’s drive during the daytime, and was brought straight in to us.
She is very emaciated and dehydrated, as you can see in the photos – she is very wedge shaped whereas she should be nice and round.
There were no apparent injuries, so she was given subcutaneous fluids and placed into an ICU to warm up.
She has taken a small amount of food, but seems to be very weak still.
