We’ve had another two new entries this afternoon. This is the first – an elderly male we have named Brandon.
He was found trapped in a locked garage, nesting in some plastic wrapping from a sofa. His finders have no idea how long he may have been in there, but they estimate it was for at least two weeks and could be as long as two months.
Due to his size and the lack of food, it is likely he has hibernated for some of that time. He is dehydrated and a little weak, but he should make a full recovery. He has had sub-cut fluid and is now in a crate with plenty of food and water.
