We have now opened the doors to our rescue! After weeks of preparing the barn, putting everything in place, we are now fully OPEN and looking to get back to helping the hedgehogs of Dorset again!
The first hedgehog through the doors – ROSIE arrived just before 8am this morning after being found laying on a road and with blood on her head and face. She appears to have been attacked by either a fox or a dog, and much of the blood on her spikes is from the attacking animal’s mouth. Thank you to Rachel Haine for picking her up and getting her to rescue as quickly as possible.
Thank you to everyone who helped get us up and running. We look forward to moving forward with the much appreciated help and support from you all.
