After an exhausting day, look at the amount of litter Marley has picked! 17 bulging sacks of litter collected from Creekmoor and Upton.
While it is to be highly commended that he and his mum have picked up all this stuff – it is also a sad indictment of the society we live in that people throw their rubbish on the ground.
Without people picking up someone else’s litter, can you imagine how much more there would be? We would be drowning in it and wildlife put at risk from much of it.
What a brilliant effort Marley and Sonja! Together they have raised over £1,500 which will be split between Dorset Wildlife Trust and ourselves.
