Litter – this juvenile hog had a safety ring from a bottle cap around its body, which must have been there for some time as the skin had grown over it. The hog had very infected wounds and required an operation under GA to remove the ring and necrotic skin. This poor hog spent 4 days at the vet before coming back to us for ongoing care.
